The HCB would like to thank all alumni listed below who contributed to the recent major improvements to the Chapter House; the installation of a new kitchen and remodeling of all restrooms and the shower area.

The kitchen fund drive was launched in late 2005 and completed early 2007. An additional fund raising effort was immediately launched to completely refurbish all restrooms located at the first floor of the House and the bath/ shower area located upstairs. The fund raising effort and the remodeling continued through June 2008 and were completed that month. A total of $90,000 for these major improvements was contributed by 110 alumni, of these alumni, 60 % gave to both the kitchen fund effort and the remodeling of the restrooms.

The Chapter House is in the best shape it has been in many years, however we are always challenged to keep the House in good repair and greatly motivated to do so, knowing it is a $2,000,000 asset. One of the great features of contributing to the Housing Board Corporation Building Fund is that the gift is tax deductible. We would ask all alumni to continue to keep the Fraternity as a priority when considering those organizations to which they contribute.

We must continue to provide the young men of today the same opportunity we had to enjoy the ‘Bond between Brothers’ which last a life time.
